Who provides the app?
Temporal Atomic Clock is provided by Netkreatives. For privacy requests or questions, contact kurt@netkreatives.be.
What stays on your device
Your timepiece names, readings, notes, measurement history, display preferences and saved time zones are stored locally. A minimal last-check summary is shared with the app’s widget on the same device. There is no app account or developer-operated cloud synchronization.
Device backups are controlled by your Apple and device settings and may include app data. A backup or CSV you export is stored or shared wherever you choose; any service you choose has its own privacy practices.
Network time checks
The app contacts your selected public NTP time server to obtain a time reference. NIST is the default source. The server receives your IP address and the network request needed to provide time. Your watch names, notes and saved readings are not included in NTP requests. Time-server operators may process connection information under their own policies.
Purchases
Apple handles payment and purchase history. The app receives product and verified transaction information needed to unlock access or restore a purchase. We do not receive your payment card details. Apple’s handling of purchase and device information is described in Apple’s privacy policy.
Reminders and diagnostics
Optional reminders are scheduled locally after notification permission. The app has no advertising or product analytics SDK. Diagnostic information leaves the app only when you choose to share it after viewing the redacted preview.
When you contact support
If you send email, we receive your email address, message and any attachments you include. We use that information to answer and resolve your request. Support correspondence is retained only as needed to handle the request and meet applicable obligations. You can ask about access, correction or deletion using the contact above.
Your controls
Export measurements or a backup, delete individual readings or watches, or use Delete all timepiece data in Settings → Timepiece backup and restore. Reset clock preferences separately to clear saved zones and appearance choices. Delete exported files from the locations you selected. Purchase records and device backups are managed through Apple.
This website
This site uses no advertising trackers, analytics scripts or nonessential cookies. Fonts and preview images are hosted with the site. Cloudflare delivers the site and may process IP addresses and request details for delivery, security and abuse prevention. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
Changes
We will update this page if these practices change and revise the date above. Material changes will be communicated as appropriate within the app.
